We started Wilbur because we kept seeing great local businesses (roofers, sweeps, HVAC crews) get sold the same forgettable ad, or worse, a content calendar nobody asked for. We thought: these people climb on roofs at dawn. The least we can do is make them look as good as the work they do.
So we built the omni-channel growth partner we wished those businesses had: video-first, performance-minded, thinking in years instead of next week. We’ve made national spots for global brands and busy-season campaigns for the crew down the road. We treat them the same. The brief is what changes, not us.

Every brand has a real thing. We put a camera on it instead of burying it under the third focus group.
Running the same playbook as every other crew is how you blend in. We question the status quo, because looking like everyone else is the fastest way to get ignored.
We love a great film. We love it more when it fills the schedule. Both, or it didn't work.
We use the tools where they sharpen the work or save time, research, targeting, the edit, and pass when they'd cheapen it. A human makes every call.
No account-manager telephone game. You talk to the people making the work, the whole way through.
Your roof, your crew, your trucks. We build on what's real, not a suburb from a stock library.
From a chimney sweep with a great story to a global crystal house with eighty years of one, we treat them the same. Same strategy, same craft, same obsession with the result.
We hire people, not portfolios. Send a reel and a thing you love. If it involves a camera, a spreadsheet, or a strong opinion about roofing ads, we’re listening.
Local, contract shooter who can run-and-gun a job site and make it look cinematic. Send a reel to hello@wilbur.co.
