Chickadee Photo Booth a photo booth rental company with locations in NC, GA, and OH needed a reliable stream of hot and ready leads during the most important times of the year -- wedding season!

Step 1

Step 2

We then looked at how to ensure that their leads would be:

A. Qualified
B. During the right time of the year where customers were likely to commit and book their rental.

To qualify their leads we built a custom Typeform system to take the burden off their sales team and ensure that not only were they getting the information they needed but also that the leads were aware of what kind of pricing they were to expect. We used custom equations to build custom quoting right into the form.


Next we built a cadence for their marketing budget to ensure that they were spending during the times that made the most sense. This being during the early parts of the year where newly engaged are wedding planning and then closer to wedding season where couples are finalizing their add-on services.

This proved to be very a very efficient photo booth marketing approach that made their budget stretch even further.

Step 3


After ensuring that we had granular per lead data piping into their CRM, we knew at a marketing channel level exactly where every deal was coming from and the return on every dollar spent. Once we hit an internal confidence level we scaled their campaigns to flood their market and be a top competitior in the respective ad channels.
